A very weird dream

I keep having this dream. I am standing somewhere familiar, but I can't place it. My dad is in front of me. I'm breathing hard; something bad just happened. something very, very bad. But I don't know what. Dad turns to me. He's very sad. e kneels down and looks right into my eyes. And he says something. But I don't hear anything. I can see his mouth moving, but nothing. And I know I need to do something, but my feet are almost rooted to the ground. I can't move. And everything gets hot. Burning, everything geos white and I wake up in a cold sweat. What does it mean? I keep having it, every time I go to sleep, and I can't sleep at night because I know if I fall asleep, I'll dream it again. It's so frustrating!
